Prayer and Praise Points
- Praise God for Archbishop Henry Orombi and the many new and godly Bishops being elected and consecrated for this season in the life of the Church of Uganda, especially for Bishop Stanley Ntagali of Masindi-Kitara Diocese which celebrates its fifth anniversary in December 2009
- Pray for rain to end the drought and threat of famine, and for continued advances in medical missions, especially combating malaria and HIV/AIDS
- Pray for an end to the activities of the Lord’s Resistance army, a sustainable peace in Northern Uganda, and a peaceful resettlement of the thousands of refugees from conflicts along the borders
