For our donors who give monthly, quarterly or annually, SAMS has a service that makes giving easier and also saves SAMS time and money (postage, check costs, and SAMS' processing costs). The "Giving through Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT)" service authorizes SAMS to deduct monthly, quarterly or annually, gifts from your checking account or bill your credit card.

You are now able to easily create a recurring gift through our online giving system. To get started, simply click on the online giving button. From there, you can choose to create an account where you can manage your recurring gifts and contact information. If you prefer to not have an account, you can choose the Give Now option. Once on the donation form, you will have the option to make your gift a recurring transaction either by electronic check or credit card.

You also have the option of printing the form below and sending it in completed and signed by mail or fax to SAMS.

If you sign up for this service, you may discontinue it at any time for any reason by simply calling or writing us. You remain in full control of the payment. You will also continue to receive a receipt just as if you had sent a check or made a credit card donation.
