Ministry
Shawn and Wilson have served with Christ the Light of the World Anglican Church developing a youth outreach and youth leaders. They have a group of young adults dedicated to discipling young people in this vibrant city situated on the lowlands of Bolivia. Youth ministry is one of the targeted strategic initiatives of the Diocese of Bolivia. Shawn and Wilson have finished their missionary term and are returing to the states.
 

Call
Shawn has been a volunteer in youth ministry for several years. She personally experienced the difference that a church leader dedicated to nurturing young people can make. Her love for Latin America developed in college and then again in short-term mission trips to Honduras. Shawn has felt for several years that the Lord would call her to combine her two loves of youth and Latin America.

Prayer Challenges
Pray for the youth leaders as they learn how to disciple, encourage and grow Bolivians in their love of Christ. Many of the youth have conflicting ties that pull them away from church, Bible study and life in Christ.
