Call
Cameron says that missions have been on her heart for as long as she can remember. She was first introduced to the idea of international service in the second grade through a Peace Corps Volunteer who spoke at her school, and she was excited about the prospect even then. God clearly led her to Christian work as a youth leader several years ago and now has led her to combine her love for youth ministry with her desire to serve and minister internationally. After taking on leadership roles in his church Roberto felt drawn to give himself to full-time ministry.
Prayer Challenges
Cameron faces several key challenges as she ministers in Ecuador. She needs to contextualize all that she knows about youth ministry and present it through a model that is relevant and helpful in Latin America. In addition, Cameron prepares for and leads several U.S. short-term mission teams a year. She also involves local Episcopal Churches in her work. Roberto wants to take those he disciples to a deeper level in their faith. Pray for their ministry together as a couple
